Hi ACFE NZ Member,

You are invited to attend the New Zealand Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2026.

The AGM will be held online on 31 March 2026 at 5pm.

As a member, you are welcome to attend the meeting. We ask that you please register before 5pm on Monday 16 March 2026 to ensure you receive the link to attend the AGM.

Please note, corporate memberships will hold a maximum number of votes with the corresponding number of memberships for that entity. Additionally, voting will only be available to paid members.

The proposed business of the meeting includes:

Adoption of the ammended constitution to align with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022
Transition of the Chapter President, with Guy Goodale stepping down and Daniel Alway commencing in the role.
Presentation of the 2026 Financial Statements.

Members who are unable to attend may vote by proxy which will be made available upon request.
