TOPIC: Privacy Update: Navigating the new indirect collection rules under IPP3A

In this update, we will cover:

  • Practical implications of IPP3A for ACFE members
  • Impacts on privacy policies and agreements with third parties
  • Key exceptions and how they will apply in various contexts
  • Guidance from international examples of similar requirements
